Hearing Dogs for Deaf People   (www.hearingdogs.orcon.net.nz)  

Aiming to enhance the independence and wellbeing of deaf and severely hearing-impaired New Zealanders through the provision of hearing dogs. These specially trained dogs provide valuable services to deaf and hearing-impaired people in much the same way as guide dogs for blind people.
